Description

The Hanwag Makra Combi GTX for women are very light, stable and crampon resistant compatible boots for moderate alpine tours and via ferratas.

The robust mountain boot offers very good protection with a lot of freedom of movement thanks to the lowered shank and the waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex® lining.

As a specialist for alpine, rocky terrain with very good climbing performance, the technical Makra Combi GTX is also in control of cool heights and glacier passages. The construction offers enough space for thicker socks due to its women-specific lasts with a wider cut in the forefoot area. In any case, this allows unhindered blood circulation to the toes - an essential prerequisite for preventing frostbite. The Makra Combi GTX can be precisely adjusted to the tip of the foot for a non-slip fit with its lacing that can be controlled specifically in the forefoot and shaft.

The cushining structure of the sole is equipped with good stiffening and the very handy, self-cleaning Vibram® Pepe profile sole with climbing zone. A crampon holder at the heel makes it possible to wear semi automatic crampons.
