The ContaGrip sole provides solid traction, and in my experience the shoe also has a soft, smooth rolling motion. It is breathable and lightweight, making it perfect for athletic use. At only 350 g in size 40.5, the shoe is exceptionally light. The size chart works well for selecting the right fit.</p>
