Capitan E Climbing Helmet

<p class="" data-start="155" data-end="618">The Black Diamond Capitan E is a particularly robust climbing helmet that is made for demanding use - whether for sport climbing, via ferrata or alpine terrain. The outer shell is made from durable hard plastic, which provides excellent shock absorption and can withstand a lot of regular use. Inside, two different layers of foam ensure that the head is reliably protected in the event of an impact - even from the side.</p> <p class="" data-start="620" data-end="973">Ventilation openings around the helmet ensure comfortable air circulation, even on warm days or during strenuous ascents. The fit is quick and easy to adjust so that the helmet fits snugly without pinching. A headlamp holder is already integrated for routes at dusk or in poor lighting conditions.</p> <p class="" data-start="1127" data-end="1414">The Capitan E complies with the EN 12492 standard and is therefore suitable for climbing tours, via ferratas and alpine use. Its robust construction makes it particularly suitable for frequent use or harsh environments where classic in-mold helmets are quick to reach their limits.</p>
