<p>The Col Becchei jacket from Ortovox wraps itself protectively around your upper body and scores points on demanding ski tours worn solo, but also under an insulation jacket. Thanks to its tight weave, the robust softshell fabric is wind- and water-repellent and can therefore withstand capricious mountain weather. The front is completely windproof thanks to an additional insert and thus easily blocks unpleasant draughts on fast descents. At the same time, the innovative active membrane from schoeller® ensures extreme breathability so that your body climate remains in balance. This is also where the Tasmanian merino wool on the inside comes into play. It further boosts moisture transport and also scores with anti-odour, skin-friendly properties.</p><p>Elasticated cuffs and an athletic cut ensure a close fit that is tight all around. The hood also hugs the head tightly and can thus also be worn under a helmet. Practical zips under the arms offer more air supply when needed on steep climbs. The two side pockets are slightly higher so that the Col Becchei jacket also has accessible stowage options under a backpack.</p>
