Edelrid worked together with climbing legend Tommy Caldwell on the development of this rope.</p><p>Because Edelrid manufactures the rope on a special braiding machine with 48 bobbins, a particularly fine sheath structure is created for excellent handling. Thanks to the two-colour sheath, the centre always remains visible - especially important for the very big walls that Edelrid had in mind when developing this rope.&nbsp;</p><p>Thanks to the PFC-free Eco Dry finish, the Tommy Caldwell Eco Dry CT is permanently water and dirt repellent. The Thermo Shield treatment makes the rope pleasant to handle, and thanks to the 3D Lapcoiling technology, you can simply pull the rope out of the packaging and use it: no more uncoiling necessary.</p>
