<p>If your mountain runs take you far above the tree line and into rocky, technical and partly glaciated terrain, where you need a conditionally crampon-compatible shoe just as much as a lightweight, weatherproof running shoe, then the Eiger Speed Boa High GTX is just right for you. <p>Thanks to its waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® membrane and integrated gaiter, this hybrid mountain sports shoe offers optimum protection against the wet and cold and is a trail running shoe and lightweight mountaineering boot in one. After all, you can attach a lightweight crampon with toggle lever to the heel section (combi crampon) if required. Robust reinforcements also provide the necessary stability and abrasion protection.</p <p>With the Eiger Speed Boa High GTX, despite its alpine orientation, you also have an excellent cushioning, fast-rolling running shoe with a non-slip Vibram Megagrip sole on your feet. After all, your mountain race is not only decided on steep mixed terrain.</p>
