<p>The women's Kryos jacket from Mountain Equipment is the ideal choice for demanding alpine climbing tours. The DRILITE&reg; outer fabric is absolutely windproof, highly water-repellent and has a PFAS-free DWR coating. The Firestorm&trade; construction provides additional warmth and protection against wind and weather. Inside, high-quality down is insulated in a hybrid baffle construction made from quilted and pleated chambers - for maximum efficiency with minimum weight.</p> <p>The adjustable hood provides reliable protection in stormy conditions, while the 2-way YKK&reg; front zipper with a light cover strip prevents heat loss. Four outer pockets - two handwarmer pockets and two zippered chest pockets - and two large inner pockets offer space for gloves, maps or bottles.
