Elixir 1 Tent

The MSR Elixir 1 tent is a particularly cozy and robust solo tent for trekking tours, bikepacking or classic backpacking trips. With its well thought-out design, it combines spaciousness, weather protection and user-friendliness - while remaining easy to use. The freestanding construction with color-coded aluminum poles enables quick and intuitive setup, even in bad weather. Thanks to its optimized design, the Elixir 1 offers generous interior space that can even comfortably accommodate a 63 cm wide sleeping pad. The steep walls provide sufficient headroom when changing or sitting down. The combination of solution-dyed mesh and opaque fabric panels creates a pleasant indoor climate with a good mix of ventilation, privacy and thermal insulation. The large StayDry™ door design with integrated rain gully ensures dry entry and exit, even in the rain. In addition, the side vestibule offers valuable space for equipment. Thanks to the hard-wearing floor with a 3000 mm water column and the coated rain cover, you are on the safe side in a wide range of weather conditions. High-quality workmanship with metal corner reinforcements, revised zippers and robust fabric give the Elixir 1 a long service life - even with intensive use. A matching footprint groundsheet is also included, which provides additional protection for the tent floor and enables alternative set-up options.
